Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Acetatseidenfarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten tes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Acetatseidenfarbstoffes, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man 4-Aminonaphtal- säureanhydrid mit Phenylhydrazin kondensiert. Mit dem gleichen Resultat kann man auch die Aminonaphtalsäure selbst als Ausgangs stoff verwenden. Die Umsetzung mit Phenyl- hydrazin verläuft zweifellos über das Anhy- drid dieser Säure.
<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>100</B> Gewichtsteile 4-Aminonaphtalsäure werden mit ca. <B>300</B> Gewichtsteilen Phenyl- hydrazin <B>6</B> Stunden auf 2000 bis 2100 er hitzt. Nach dem Erkalten wird der neue Farbstoff abgesaugt und mit Sprit gewaschen. Das Rohprodukt kann zum Beispiel aus Nitrobenzol umgelöst werden, es kristallisiert in braungelben Nadeln, die bei<B>300'</B> noch nicht geschmolzen sind.
