Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstoües.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man den chromhaltigen Farbstoff, der  durch     Behandlung    des     Azofarbstoffes    aus  der     nitrierten    1-     Diazo    - 2 -     oxynaphthalin    -     4-          sulfosäure    und     ss-Naphthol    mit     Chromformiat     in der     Wärme    und in     Gegenwart    von Na  triumacetat entsteht, mit     Mangansalzen    be  handelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff     ist    in Wasser mit       violettse-hwarzer,    in 10 %     iger    Natronlauge  mit rötlich     braunvioletter    und in     konzen-          trierter        Schwefelsäure    mit blauer Farbe lös  lich. Er färbt Wolle und Seide in schwarzen  Tönen an.  



       Beispiel:     Eine nachdem Beispiel der Patentschrift  Nr.<B>130155</B> erhältliche, 70 Teile der Chrom  verbindung des     Azofarbstoffes    aus der       nitrierten        Dia.zoverbindung    der     1-Amino-2-          oxynaphtha.lin-4-sulfosäure    und     ss-Naphthol     enthaltende Lösung wird vor dem     Aussalzen     mit 150 Teilen einer 80 Teilen     MnO    ent-    sprechenden Lösung von     Ma.ngaaa,cetat    ver  setzt. Man kocht eine Stunde     und    verdampft  im Vakuum zur Trockne.
