Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff,    den man durch Kup  peln von 1 Hol.     diazotiertem        5-Nitro-2-amino-          1-phenol    mit 1 Hol.     1-Naphthylamin-4,8-di-          sulfosäure    erhalten kann, mit     Chromformiat     behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein  schwärzliches Pulver dar und färbt Wolle  aus schwefelsaurem Bade in grünen Tönen  mit vorzüglichen     Echtheitseigenschaften.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  50 Teile des     Natriumsalzes    des aus     di-          azotiertem        5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und     1-          Naphthylamin-4,8-disulfosäure    erhältlichen  Farbstoffes werden in 900 Teilen Wasser  kochend gelöst, mit 15,2 Teilen Chromoxyd  in Form von     Chromformiat    versetzt und    längere Zeit rückfliessend gekocht. Durch  Eindampfen und     Aussalzen    wird der neue  chromhaltige Farbstoff gewonnen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff, den man durch Kup peln von 1 Mol. diazotiertem 5-Nitro-2- amino-l-phenol mit 1 Mol. 1-Naphthylamin- 4,8-disulfosäure erhalten kann, mit Chrom- formiat behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwärzliches Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in grünen Tönen mit vorzüglichen Echtheitseigen schaften.
