Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung der     2-Ogynaphthalin-8-monosulfo-6-earbonsäure.       Inn Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung der     2-Oxynaphthalin-3-mono-          sulfo-6-earbonsäure    beschrieben.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man aus       dein    durch Einwirkung von konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure auf die     2-Oxynaphthalin-6-          earbonsäaire    entstehenden Gemisch von     11Iono-          sulfosäuren    auch die     2-Oxynaphthalin-8-          icionosulfo-6-carbonsäure    abscheiden kann,  zum Beispiel indem man die Lösung der neu  tralen     Alkalisalze,    nachdem das ausgeschie  dene neutrale Salz der     2-Oxynaphthalin-3-          monosulfo-6-carbonsä1ire    durch Filtration  entfernt ist, ansäuert.  



  Die neue     2-Oxynaphthalin-8-monosulfo-          6-earbonsäure    ist ein farbloses Pulver; sie  kuppelt nicht in verdünnter     Sodalösung    mit       Diazoverbindungen    von geringem     Kupplungs-          vermögen;    sie ist gekennzeichnet durch eine  starke blaue Fluoreszenz ihrer Lösungen in       starken        Sodalösungen    und ihr     schwerlösliches          Nlagnesiumsalz.    Das nach  dem Erkalten abgeschiedene neutrale     Di-          natriumsalz    der     2-Oxynaphthalin-3-mono-          sulfo-6-carbonsäure    wird durch Filtration  entfernt und das Filtrat durch Zusatz von  Salzsäure angesäuert. Die ausfallende 2-Oxy-           naphthalin-8-monosulfo-6-carbönsäure    wird       abfiltriert,    gewaschen und getrocknet.
