  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    von     Coeruleinsulfosäure.   <I>Beispiel:</I>  4 Teile     Coerulein,    aus     Oxyhydrochinon-          phtalein    mit konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  durch     Erhitzers    dargestellt, werden in eine  Lösung von 3 Teilen     kristalisierter    Borsäure  in 30 Teilen rauchender Schwefelsäure mit  60  % freiem     SOs    eingetragen, worauf man  2 Stunden auf     130-140      C erhitzt. Die  Mischung wird auf Eiswasser gegossen und  aus der Lösung die     Coeruleinsulfosäure    durch       Aussalzen    zur     Abscheidung    gebracht.

Die erhaltene Coeruleinsulfosäure bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das mit schmutzig violetter Farbe in Wasser löslich ist und in Verbin dung mit Metallbeizen blaue bis blauschwarze Töne auf den damit behandelten Fasern liefert. .
