Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen Küpenfarbstoffes beschrieben, bei dem 1 712o1 Benzanthron- pyrazolanthron mit mindestens '/E Mol eines bromierend wirkenden Mittels in Gegenwart von sauren anorganischen Verdünnungsmitteln und von Überträgern behandelt wird.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man in analoger Weise einen ähnlich wertvollen Küpenfarbstoff erhalten kann, wenn man Benzanthronpyrazolanthron mit Chlorsulfon- säure in Gegenwart von Überträgern bei Temperaturen oberhalb 50 C behandelt.
Der erhaltene Farbstoff, der Analyse nach ein Dichlorbenzanthronpyrazolanthron, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe und liefert eine blaue Küpe, aus der Baumwolle in grünstichig marine blauen Tönen gefärbt wird.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 45 Teile Benzanthronpyrazolanthron wer den in 450 Teilen Chlorsulfonsäure nach Zu gabe von 10 Teilen Jod mehrere Stunden lang auf 60 bis 65 C erwärmt. Sobald eine entnommene Probe deutlich halogenhal- tig ist, lässt man erkalten, verdünnt gege benenfalls mit konzentrierter Schwefelsäure, giesst in Wasser, kocht kurz auf, saugt heiss ab und arbeitet in der üblichen Weise auf Anstelle von Jod kann man auch Schwefel. Selen etc. als Überträger verwenden.

The dye obtained, which is analyzed according to a dichlorobenzanthrone pyrazole anthrone, dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a violet color and yields a blue vat from which cotton is dyed in greenish navy blue tones.
<I> Example: </I> 45 parts of benzanthrone pyrazole anthrone in 450 parts of chlorosulfonic acid after adding 10 parts of iodine are heated to 60 to 65 ° C. for several hours. As soon as a sample is clearly halogenated, it is allowed to cool, if necessary diluted with concentrated sulfuric acid, poured into water, boiled briefly, vacuumed hot and worked in the usual way.
