Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man     einen    neuen  Farbstoff erhält, welcher in essigsaurem  Bade eine überraschende Affinität zur     Acetyl-          zellulose    besitzt, wenn man     diazotiertes        2,6-          Dichlor-4-nitranilin    mit     Diphenylaminsulfo-          säure    kuppelt. Der Farbstoff stellt ein dun  kelbraunes Pulver dar und färbt aus essig  saurem Bade     Acetatseide    in orangen Tönen  von hervorragender Lichtechtheit an.  



       Beispiel:     207 Teile     2,6-Diehlor-4-nitranilin    werden  durch Eintragen in eine Lösung der berech  neten Menge     Nitrosylsulfat    in konzentrier  ter Schwefelsäure     in    die     Diazoverbindung     übergeführt und die Mischung auf Eis ge  gossen. Die Reaktionsflüssigkeit wird unter    Rühren in eine wässerige Lösung von  271 Teilen     diphenylaminsulfosaures    Natrium  eingetragen, wobei die     Farbstoffbildung    so  fort stattfindet. Man rührt noch einige Zeit,  filtriert und trocknet.

The dye is a dark brown powder and dyes acetate silk from an acidic bath in orange shades of excellent lightfastness.



       Example: 207 parts of 2,6-diehlor-4-nitroaniline are converted into the diazo compound by adding the calculated amount of nitrosyl sulfate in concentrated sulfuric acid to a solution and the mixture is poured onto ice. The reaction liquid is introduced into an aqueous solution of 271 parts of sodium diphenylaminesulfonate with stirring, the dye formation taking place immediately. The mixture is stirred for some time, filtered and dried.

Der Farbstoff stellt ein dunkelbraunes Pulver dar und färbt aus essigsaurem Bade Acetatseide in orangen Tönen von hervorragender Licht echtheit an. PATENT CLAIM:.
