Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines     11Zonoazofarbstofes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup  peln der     Diazoverbindung    aus     m-Amidobenz-          aldehyd    mit einem Molekül     2-Phenylamino-          8-naphthol-6-sulfosäure    einen noch die freie       Aldehydgruppe    enthaltenden     Monoazofarb-          stoff    erhält, welcher als Pigmentfarbstoff  sehr geeignet ist, aber auch die tierische Fa  ser aus saurem Bade bei gutem Egalisieren  in braunen, echten Tönen anfärbt und sich  zum Wolldruck eignet.  



       Beispiel:          12,1    kg     m-Aminobenzaldehyd    werden in  bekannter Weise     diazotiert    und mit der     soda-          alkalischen    Lösung von 31,5. kg     2-Phenyl-          amino-8-naphthol-6-sulfosäure    wie üblich ge  kuppelt. Die     Farbstoffbildung        tritt    sofort  ein und ist nach kurzem     Nachrühren    bei 20  bis 25   beendet. Der Farbstoff     wird    durch    Kochsalz     ausgesalzen,    filtriert, mit Koch  salzlösung gewaschen und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren, die freie Aldehydgruppe enthaltenden Mono- azofarbstoffes, darin bestehend, dass man die Diazoverbindung aus m-Amidobenzaldehyd mit einem Molekül 2-Phenylamino-8-naphtol- 6-sulfosäure kuppelt. Der Farbstoff ist als Pigmentfarbstoff sehr geeignet und färbt auch tierische Fasern aus saurem Bade in braunen wasch-, Wasser- und alkaliechten Tönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit und eignet sich auch zum Wolldruck.
