Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de détection d'espèces d'acides nucléiques cibles recourant à une série de sondes fixées à un substrat et à un ensemble de sondes marquées. L'invention porte également sur des sondes d'oligonucléotides fixées à des particules distinctes pouvant être groupées en plusieurs ensembles en fonction d'une caractéristique physique, une sonde différente étant fixée à chacune des particules distinctes de chacun des ensemble, et l'identité des sondes étant déterminée par l'identification des particules distinctes en fonction de leur caractéristique physique. L'invention porte en outre sur des procédés utilisant des agents déstabilisant la fixation de brins complémentaires de polynucléotides (décroissance de l'énergie de liaison), ou accroissant la stabilité des liaisons entre brins complémentaires de polynucléotides (croissance de l'énergie de liaison). La figure (1) est une illustration d'une appareil de production en masse d'ensembles de soudes.
