Abstract

Pompe à palette possédant une palette (25) faisant corps soit avec le rotor d'entraînement (23), soit avec le rotor entraîné (27), et étant de ce fait protégée contre l'abrasion et la détérioration de la palette. La pompe possède également une cavité active (26) ménagée soit dans le rotor d'entraînement (23), soit dans le rotor entraîné (27), de manière que la palette tourne sans à-coups et que l'effet d'étanchéité voulu soit obtenu dans la pompe. Selon un mode de réalisation, cette pompe à palette possède un rotor d'entraînement cylindrique et creux monté rotatif autour d'un arbre d'entraînement entre un carter avant (21) et un carter arrière (22). Un rotor entraîné (27) est monté rotatif autour d'un arbre excentrique (28) dans le volume cylindrique (26) du rotor d'entraînement (23). La palette (25) s'étend d'un seul tenant à partir de la paroi interne du rotor d'entraînement (23), tandis que la cavité active (29) munie d'un joint d'étanchéité (31) est formée dans le rotor entraîné (27) et accueille la palette (25) de manière hermétique.
