Abstract

folha de aço elétrico não-orientado de alta resistência. a presente invenção refere-se a uma folha de aço elétrico não-orientado de excelente carga limite para uso como um amterial de núcleo de ferro em motores de alta rpm, qua não sacrifica a produção de folhas de aço, cujas folhas de aço elétrico não-orientado têm uma composição química de, em % em massa, c: de 0,01 a 0,05%, si: de 2,0 a 4,0%, mn: de 0,05 a 0,5%, al:3,0% ou menor e nb: de 0,01 a 0,05%, e opcionalmente ni em um teor preferível de mais de 0,5% e menor que 3,0%, o restante sendo fe e impurezas inevitáveis, os teores de mn e c sendo expressos em % de modo a corresponder a mn < 0,6 - 10 x c, a fração de área de porção recristalizada sendo de 50% ou mais, a carga limite em um ensaio de tração é de 650 mpa ou mais, e o diâmetro de grão médio observado em uma seção transversal da folha é de 40 um ou menor, e a produção de folha de aço elétrico é feita utilizando uma folha laminada a quente, cuja temperatura de transição em um teste de impacto é de 70ºc ou inferior.
