Abstract
La invención se refiere a la producción de una lámina de acero enrollada en frío con una resistencia de más de 1000 MPa, una elongación uniforme de más de 12% y una flexibilidad de más de 900, la composición de la cual comprende lo siguiente con las cantidades expresadas en peso: 0.15% = C < 0.25%, 1.8% = Mn = 3.0%, 1.2% = Si = 2%, 0% < Al = 0.10%, 0% = Cr = 0.50%, 0% = Cu = 1%, 0% = Ni = 1%, 0% = S - 0.005%, 0% P < 0.020%, Nb = 0.015%, Ti = 0.020%, y = 0.015%, Co = 1%, N = 0.008%, B = 0.001%, con el entendimiento de que Mn+Ni+Cu = 3%, el resto de la composición consiste de hierro e impurezas inevitables que resultan del método de producción. Por área, la microestructura consiste de entre 5 y 20% de ferrita poligonal, de entre 10 y 15% de austenita residual, y de entre 5 y 15% de martensita, el resto consiste de listones de bainita comprendiendo carburos entre los listones, da manera que el número N de carburos entre los listones mayor que 0.1 micrómetros en tamaño por área unitaria es de 50,000 mm-2 o menos.
