Abstract

"APARELHO PARA TRATAMENTO DE FRATURAS DE úMERO PROXIMAL". Um aparelho para tratamento de fraturas de úmero proximal, compreendendo um corpo (12), ou placa, substancialmente em forma de colher, quer dizer compreendendo: - uma porção proximal como lâmina (14) pretendida para adaptar a cabeça do úmero (20) e provido com pelo menos uma base (32) para inserir um fio (23), um cravo rosqueado, ou um elemento similar para estabilizar a fratura, e - uma porção distal alongada como uma placa (16), pretendida para adaptar o pescoço do úmero (19) e provido com pelo menos uma base (15) para inserir um parafuso (17) ou um elemento similar para fixar o corpo (12) ao úmero, Caracterizado em que ele compreende um bojo central (35), ou bloco, interposto entre a porção proximal (14) e a porção distal (16) e em que uma base (36) é obtida para inserir um parafuso (37) pretendido para estabilizar a cabeça (20) do úmero.
