Abstract
SISTEMAS DE PULSO E MéTODOS PARA O DESTACAMENTO DE GELO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de pulso para destacar o gelo, que inclui um suprimento de energia para aplicação de um pulso de aquecimento de alta energia à interface entre o gelo e um objeto tal como uma placa fria de um sistema de fabricação de gelo, um recipiente de gelo, um permutador de calor, uma superfície de refrigerador ou uma asa de aeronave. O aquecimento por pulso pode ser gerado dentro de uma folha metálica ou filme resistivo disposto sobre um objeto a ser degelado, ou um tubo capilar perto do objeto a ser degelado. Uma camada interfacial do gelo é derretida e o gelo é liberado do objeto. Uma força, por exemplo, gravidade, pressão de evaporação ou raspagem mecânica, remove o gelo do objeto.
