Description
Claims (9)
- 제빙트레이에 물을 공급하고, 상기 물을 얼려 얼음을 만드는 제빙단계;상기 제빙 완료된 제빙트레이를 상기 얼음을 분리하기 위한 위치로 이동시키는 이동단계;상기 제빙트레이를 반복적으로 가열하여 상기 제빙트레이로부터 상기 얼음을 분리하는 가열단계; 및상기 얼음이 분리된 제빙트레이를 원위치로 복귀시키는 복귀단계;를 포함하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이동단계는 상기 얼음이 자중에 의해 낙하할 수 있도록 상기 제빙트레이를 회동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가열단계는 제1 시간동안 상기 제빙트레이를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 시간동안 상기 제빙트레이를 가열한 후, 제2 시간동안 가열을 중단 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제빙트레이를 제1 시간동안 가열하고, 제2 시간동안 가열을 중단하는 동작을 일정 횟수 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제1 시간동안 가열하고, 제2 시간동안 가열을 중단하는 동작을 일정 횟수 반복한 후, 최종적으로 제3 시간동안 상기 제빙트레이를 더 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제빙트레이는 전기 전도성을 가지며, 상기 제빙트레이의 가열은 상기 제1 시간과 제3 시간동안 상기 제빙트레이에 펄스를 가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 가열단계는, 상기 제빙트레이에 설치된 센서가 상기 얼음이 모두 분리된 것을 감지할 때까지, 상기 제빙트레이를 제1 시간동안 가열하고, 제2 시간동안 가열을 중단하는 동작을 계속 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 센서는, 상기 얼음이 모두 분리되었는지 여부를 상기 제빙트레이의 가열을 중단하는 때에 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제빙장치의 제어방법.
