Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSIçãO PARA O CONTROLE DE TORQUE EFETIVO EM UMA LINHA DE TRAçãO DE VEìCULO A MOTOR DE BASE TERRESTRE". A presente invenção se refere a um método e a uma disposição para o controle de torque efetivo em uma de linha de tração de um veículo a motor de base terrestre, o veículo a motor incluindo um trem de tração possuindo uma planta de força (planta de potência) interconectada com pelo menos uma roda de tração de engate ao chão por intermédio de uma linha de tração, a linha de tração incluindo pelo menos uma transmissão de proporção variável. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método está caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as seguintes etapas: tomada de uma mensuração direta, não previsível de torque efetivo induzido na linha de tração do veículo a motor e averiguação de uma magnitude da mesma; averiguação de uma magnitude de uma demanda de torque sendo requisitada para ser instituída na linha de tração; comparação da magnitude averiguada da mensuração direta, não previsível de torque efetivo tomada com um limiar de torque máximo dependente de configuração de linha de tração, e por intermédio disso averiguação de uma condição de torque de sobre-limiar na linha de tração fundamentada com referência a isso, se uma tal condição existe. Em transmissões de marchas múltiplas, a variabilidade pode ser levada em consideração através do engrenamento de diferentes proporções de marcha. No evento de que uma tal condição de torque de sobre-limiar seja detectada, pelo menos um dos diversos efeitos de compensação de torque de sobre-limiar possíveis irá ser aplicado para reduzir ou diminuir a porção excessiva do torque. A mensuração de remediação pode ser escolhida a partir de diversas possibilidades incluindo a reconfiguração da transmissão de proporção variável e/ou a redução de torque de linha de tração induzido em planta de força. A presente invenção também se refere a um veículo a motor de base terrestre possuindo um trem de tração e dispositivo de controle do mesmo, dispositivo de controle que compreende um processador e mídia (meio) de leitura configurados e programados para executar todas as etapas do método conforme definido anteriormente. A presente invenção se refere adicionalmente a um programa de computador e a um produto de programa de computador compreendendo porções de código de software adaptadas para, em sendo executadas em um computador, realizar todas as etapas do método conforme definido anteriormente, em que o referido programa de computador é executado em um computador.
