Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE CONCENTRADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para processamento de concentrados, em particular, concentrados produzidos a partir de minérios à base de sulfeto de cobre. De acordo com o método, o concentrado (4) a ser processado, obtido a partir da concentração do minério, é dividido em duas partes, um concentrado (7), contendo principalmente componentes que são fracamente solúveis e um concentrado (8), contendo principalmente componentes bem solúveis. O concentrado (8), contendo os componentes bem solúveis, é conduzido para uma etapa de lixiviação (9), e a solução (13) obtida da dita etapa de lixiviação é conduzida para pelo menos uma etapa de conversão (11, 16) e, na etapa de conversão (11), localizada em primeiro lugar na direção do fluxo, é alimentado o concentrado (7) contendo componentes fracamente solúveis. Na etapa de conversão (11), localizada em primeiro lugar na direção do fluxo, pelo menos o cobre contido na solução é convertido para a forma sulfídica por meio do ferro que se encontra na forma de sulfeto do concentrado (7), o qual contém componentes fracamente solúveis e pelo menos parte da solução (12), obtida da etapa de conversão (11, 16), é retornada para a etapa de lixiviação (9).
