Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE MIRTAZAPINA ENANTIOMERICAMENTE PURA, E, MéTODO PARA A SELEçãO DE UM ACIDO OU UMA COMBINAçãO áCIDO/SOLVENTE APROPRIADA PARA UMA REAçãO DE FECHAMENTO DE ANEL ESTEREOESPECìFICA DE COMPOSTO ENANTIOMERICAMENTE PURO". A invenção provê um método para a preparação de mirtazapina enantiomericamente pura, compreendendo uma etapa de fechamento de anel de um composto de fórmula (II) em que X é um grupo de saída, cuja a etapa compreende o tratamento com um ácido, pelo que mirtazapina com excesso enantiomérico é formada pelo fechamento de anel do composto de fórmula (II) com excesso enantiomérico por tratamento com um ácido apropriado na ausência de um solvente ou uma combinação apropriada de um ácido e um solvente orgânico.
