Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA MOLDE EM COQUILHA"<D>. Um dispositivo para a fundição de ferro fundido, que inclui um molde de coquilha de metal (100), que tem paredes externas (206, 208, 210) e paredes internas (212, 213, 220). As paredes internas estão em contato com um molde (300). O dispositivo ainda inclui um meio de pressurização (400), para a aplicação de uma pressão variável nas paredes externas (206, 208, 210) do molde de coquilha, de modo a controlar as mudanças de volume de material fundido envolvido pelo molde de coquilha, e um meio de resfriamento de molde de coquilha (500), para um resfriamento variável das paredes internas (212, 213, 220) do referido molde de coquilha. Um método, que usa o referido dispositivo para a realização da invenção, também é mostrado.
