Abstract

"ARTIGO POLIMéRICO, E, COMPOSIçãO E CONCENTRADO DE ADITIVO DE ESTABILIZAçãO à LUZ" Um artigo polimérico, como um artigo moldado ou extrusado ou uma fita ou filme biaxialmente orientados, e um processo para estabilizar tal artigo polimérico para protegê-lo da degradação devida a exposição à luz UV. O artigo é formado misturando-se um material polimérico com cerca de 50 a cerca de 5000 ppm de pelo menos uma orto-hidróxi-tris-aril-triazina absorvedor de luz e de 500 a cerca de 1,25 porcento de pelo menos uma amina impedida (HALS) oligomérica, polimérica ou de alto peso molecular, tendo um peso molecular de pelo menos cerca de 500, em que a razão em peso de HALS para o absorvedor de luz de triazina é de cerca de 3: 1 a cerca de 20:1, para formar uma composição polimérica estabilizada, e formar um artigo extrusado ou moldado ou uma fita ou filme biaxialmente orientados a partir da composição polimérica.
