Um dispositivo (10) para a fabricação de embalagens de bolsa tubular (1) apresenta um tubo de moldagem (21) com seção transversal retangular. Para a configuração de costuras de reforço (3) configuradas no prolongamento das paredes laterais largas (4, 7) de embalagem de bolsa tubular (1), o dispositivo (10) apresenta um dispositivo de moldagem e de dobramento (35). O dispositivo de moldagem e de dobramento (35) possui duas placas de moldagem (36,37) fixadas no tubo de moldagem (21) e uma armação de dobramento (38) com placas de dobramento (61,62). O dispositivo de invenção (10), configurado de maneira relativamente simples, possibilita a moldagem das costura de reforço (3) com solicitação pequena do material de embalagem.
