Abstract
"MICROORGANISMO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO L-GLUTâMICO". O ácido L-glutâmico é produzido por cultivo, em um meio, de um microorganismo pertencendo a enterobactérias e tendo produtividade de ácido L-glutâmico, em que um gene sintase citrato, derivado de uma bactéria corineforme, é introduzido para produzir e acumular ácido L-glutâmico no meio e coletar o ácido L-glutâmico do meio.
