Abstract
"BACTéRIA CORINEFORME, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO L-GLUTâMICO, E, DNA". ácido L-glutâmico é produzido por cultivo de uma bactéria corineforme tendo capacidade produtora de ácido L-glutâmico, em que a capacidade de síntese de trealose é diminuída ou deletada por, por exemplo, ruptura de um gene codificando para trealose-6-fosfato sintase, um gene codificando para maltooligosil trealose sintase, ou ambos estes genes para produzir e acumular ácido L-glutâmico no meio, e coletar o ácido L-glutâmico do meio.
