Abstract
''PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA MONTAGEM ESPAçADORA, ESPAçADOR, E, ESTRADO DE CAMINHãO''. Um processo para fabricar uma montagem espaçadora compreende: formar uma pluralidade de projeções (56) ao longo de uma borda de uma porção de chapa metálica; formar em rolo a porção de chapa metálica em uma configuração tubular (72); posicionar a porção formada em rolo de chapa metálica e um elemento base (16)de metal ao qual a porção formada em rolo de chapa metálica será soldada em um equipamento de solda por descarga possuindo um par de eletrodos de modo que as projeções (56) da porção formada em rolo de chapa metálica fiquem em contato com uma superfície do elemento base de metal (16); provendo uma força de modo que as projeções fiquem dispostas em encaixe forçado com a superfície de elemento base de metal, e suprir uma corrente elétrica entre o par de eletrodos e através da porção formada em rolo de chapa metálica e o elemento base de metal, de modo que as projeções atinjam um estágio de metal em fusão e sejam subseq³entemente solidificadas para possibilitar a porção formada em rolo de chapa metálica ser soldada ao elemento base de metal.
