Claims (3)
- 구형상의 금속판을 구부리므로서 방열 핀을 형성하고, 이 방열 핀 및 더미 핀을 미리 원통상으로 형성된 프레임 본체의 외주면 위에 각각 서로 축선대칭으로 되도록 배치하고, 방열 핀과 프레임 본체를 프로젝션 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기용 프레임의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 더미 핀은 프레임 존체의 외주면 및 용접기의 전극 접촉부에 적합한 형상을 하는 동합금제의 블록체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기용 프레임의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 더미 핀을 프레임 본체의 외주면 위에 배치함에 있어서, 이들 양 부재에 밀착하는 동제의 박판을 더미 핀과 프레임 본체 사이에 개재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기용 프레임의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
