Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"GERAçãO DE PERFIL DE MOVIMENTO DE AGULHA EM UM SISTEMA DE FORMAçãO DE ARTIGOS DE VIDRO DE SEçãO INDIVIDUAL"<D>. Sistema de formar artigos de vidro com seções individuais (10), o qual inclui uma pluralidade de mecanismos operacionais (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24) para realizar movimentos cíclicos, um controlador elétrico (42 a 64) para controlar movimento cíclico em um mecanismo de agulha (14) incluindo memória eletrónica (58) para armazenar uma pluralidade de perfis de movimento para o mecanismo de agulha, com cada um dos perfis compreendendo um conjunto de dados de posição de agulha versus dados de tempo. Qualquer um dos perfis assim armazenados pode ser exibido seletivamente como um gráfico de posição versus tempo. Uma pluralidade de pontos de controle consistindo de menos que todos os pontos de dados é destacada no display gráfico (60) em posições espaçadas ao longo do gráfico. Um operador pode identificar um dos pontos de controle e alterar os dados de posição e/ou dados de tempo associados a esse ponto de controle. Um computador de controle eletrónico (62) é responsivo a tal alteração de ponto de controle, para recomputar automaticamente os dados de posição e dados de tempo para o perfil, de modo a acomodar as alterações selecionadas pelo operador no ponto de controle. Os dados de posição e tempo recomputados são exibidos graficamente, incluindo a pluralidade de pontos de controle em posições espaçadas ao longo do gráfico recomputado. Mais preferivelmente, os dados gráficos recomputados são superpostos no gráfico de posição inicial versus dados de tempo, de modo que o operador pode observar os efeitos de alterações na posição gráfica dos pontos de dados de controle.
