Abstract

PURPOSE:To verify the logical waveform and to generate the logical information, while comparing the logical waveforms by displaying plural pieces of logical waveforms corresponding to the logical information stored in a storage device and displaying a cursor so as to be freely movable by crossing the logical waveform. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit (CPU) 58 has storage devices 41, 42 where logical information and a control program of an algorithm are stored, respectively. A display 43 displays plural pieces of logical waveforms, and also, displays a cursor so as to be freely movable in the right and left directions. Subsequently, when the logical information is designated and the position of the cursor is designated from a keyboard 40, the CPU 58 reads out the logical information from the storage device 41, and allows the display 43 to display the logical waveform corresponding to this logical information. The CPU 58 detects a variation point of the logical waveform from the logical information stored in the storage device 41, and displays the cursor at a variation point shown by a display position signal by controlling the display 43. In such a way, two or more logical waveforms are displayed simultaneously, and on the other hand, by detecting the variation point of the logical waveform, the cursor is set to this variation point and displayed, therefore, the variation point of the logical waveform can be recognized immediately.
