Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FREIO ASSISTIDO COM ASSISTêNCIA VARIáVEL E HISTERESE REDUZIDA", que refere-se a um dispositivo de freio mecânico para veículo motor, compreendendo um cilindro-mestre (200) e um motor auxiliar pneumático (100) que inclui um envoltório externo rígido (10) dividido, de forma hermética em, pelo menos duas câmaras (12, 14) por uma divisória móvel (16). O pistão hidráulico principal (30) do cilindro-mestre (200) ele mesmo compreende um cilindro móvel oco (32) dentro do qual desliza um pistão de reação (34) que compreende um dispositivo de válvula com duas vias (94, 95), normalmente aberto, capaz de interromper a comunicação entre o volume interior (V) do cilindro-mestre e o interior (35) do cilindro móvel (32) e o qual compreende uma primeira parte (50) fechada, em posição inoperante, contra o cilindro móvel (32) e uma segunda parte (52) travada, em posição inoperante, contra a primeira parte (50), um terceiro pistão (82) capaz de deslizar, de forma hermética dentro do cilindro móvel (32) e ficar fechado em posição inoperante, sobre a primeira parte (50), e compreendendo uma abertura central (90) que comunica o interior (35) do cilindro móvel (32) com o volume interior do cilindro-mestre (200). A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que o terceiro pistão (82) é graduado e desliza, de forma hermética, em um calibre graduado (84, 85) do cilindro móvel (32), sendo que o diâmetro da parte dianteira (84) do calibre graduado é menor que o diâmetro da parte posterior (85) deste calibre.
