Abstract

"MOLéCULA PROTEINáCEA BIOLOGICAMENTE ISOLADA, MOLéCULA RECOMBINANTE, FRAGMENTO DE PEPTìDEO, MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAR UMA MOLéCULA RECOMBINANTE E PARA INDUZIR A PROLIFERAçãO ADTROGLIAL EM UM MAMìFERO". A presente invenção refere-se geralmente a uma molécula isolada tendo propriedades semelhantes a fator de crescimento endotelial vascular e a uma sequência genética codificando a mesma. A molécula será utilizável no desenvolvimento de uma faixa de terapêuticas de diagnósticos utilizáveis no tratamento e/ou diagnóstico de condições requerendo melhorada ou diminuída permeabilidade de vasculatura e/ou vascular. A molécula da presente invenção é também um efetuador utilizável de neurónios primários e centrais e é capaz de incluir a proliferação astroglial.
