The present invention relates to a container including: a body having a cavity for storing expendable contents; an edge of the body defining a cavity opening; a flange extending outward and away from the edge of the body; a cover affixed to the flange to seal the expendable contents within the cavity; and a fracture portion located in the body, the fracture portion having a break path such that the container fractures along the break path upon application of force exceeding a predetermined level on either side of the body fracture portion, wherein the break path along which the container fractures extends beyond a single plane such that the break path includes a main portion having a fracture point in one plane and end portions where each has a termination on another plane.
