Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE áCIDO METACRìLICO DE ALTA PUREZA". Um processo é aqui fornecido para a produção de alto rendimento de ácido metacrílico glacial de alta pureza ("HPMAA") que é substancialmente puro, especificamente 99 % puro ou mais com um teor de água de 0,05 % ou menos. Este processo melhorado compreende fornecer um fluxo de MAA bruto e purificar o fluxo de ácido metacrílico bruto em uma série de etapas de destilação sucessivas.
