Abstract

"PRODUTO DE HIGIENE ABSORVENTE E MéTODO DE FABRICAR O MESMO". Um produto higiênico absorvente compreende um núcleo de um material absorvente e uma camada superior através da qual fluido a ser absorvido passa para absorção pelo material absorvente. A camada superior é porosa e compreende uma camada tendo superfícies fornecidas por um material polimérico hidrofóbico que foram modificadas por uma reação de copolimerização por enxerto entre as superfícies e um monómero de vinila tendo um grupo que apresenta ou pode ser alterado de modo que apresente propriedades hidrofílicas. O produto é feito por um processo que envolve exposição da camada à radiação ultravioleta enquanto impregnado com uma solução do monómero de vinila.
