Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE UM PREPARADO CONTENDO UM COMPOSTO áCIDO-INSTáVEL FISIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DA MESMA". Pretende-se divulgar uma composição de um preparado a qual possibilita a produção conveniente de uma composição de um preparado com liberação sustentada contendo um composto ácido-instável fisiologicamente ativo e tem as propriedades de liberação sustentada desejadas. Isto é, uma composição de um preparado compreendendo um núcleo contendo um composto ácido-instável fisiologicamente ativo e um revestimento com o qual o núcleo está revestido e o qual contém uma mistura de um polímero insolúvel em água e um polímero entérico. A composição de um preparado, de acordo com a presente invenção, torna possível manter uma concentração eficaz no sangue do composto fisiologicamente ativo ao longo do tempo, desse modo, melhorando seu efeito terapêutico. Além disso, a composição, de acordo com a presente invenção, permanece estável durante armazenamento prolongado.
