Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR CONTINUAMENTE UMA COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para continuamente produzir uma composição elastomérica. Dito processo compreende as etapas de: a) medir pelo menos um elastómero, pelo menos uma carga e pelo menos um ingrediente secundário; b) alimentar dito pelo menos um elastómero, pelo menos uma carga e pelo menos um ingrediente secundário em pelo menos uma extrusora; c) misturar e dispersar dita pelo menos uma carga e pelo menos um ingrediente secundário dentro de dito pelo menos um elastómero, por meio de dito pelo menos uma extrusora; obter um produto subdividido da composição elastomérica resultante, descarregada de dito pelo menos uma extrusora; e) acumular uma quantidade de dito produto subdividido, e f) agitar dita quantidade acumulada de produto subdividido. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para continuamente produzir uma composição elastomérica, compreendendo: a) pelo menos uma extrusora; b) pelo menos um primeiro dispositivo de medição; c) pelo menos um dispositivo para obter um produto subdividido da composição elastomérica resultante e c) pelo menos um dispositivo acumulador e agitador para misturar o produto subdividido acumulado.
