Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE JUNTA DE RóTULA". Um revestimento de bucha aperfeiçoado para uma junta de rótula é adaptado para ser instalado de modo fixo dentro de um alojamento de junta, de modo a envolver a esfera. O alojamento define um eixo geométrico longitudinal e o revestimento, formado em duas metades coincidentes se estendendo longitudinalmente que confrontam uma a outra ao longo de superfícies paralelas ao eixo geométrico do alojamento, é orientado para proporcionar um encaixe mancal da esfera - bucha teoricamente mais apertado possível. Cada metade de revestimento inclui pelo menos uma protuberância em cada superfície confrontante longitudinal. As protuberâncias não apenas facilitam a localização das metades de revestimento durante a montagem, mas também asseguram uma separação física entre as metades criando uma ranhura de lubrificação adicional para operação intensificada da junta durante a sua vida útil. Em uma forma preferida, uma cobertura de material macio fino submissível é sobremoldada na estrutura externa do revestimento de bucha e dos rasgos superficiais exteriores integralmente previstos na cobertura intertravam com nervuras salientes fixas no interior do alojamento.
