제 1도는 본 발명에 따라 제작되고 일정 속도 삼각로브-삼각포트 조인트상에 조립된 부트 및 3조각 유지밴드를 도시한 투시도.
제 2도는 텅형상부(tongue) 및 홈 형상을 도시하는 제1도의 부트 및 3조각 유지밴드의 확대 투시도.
제 3도는 일정속도 삼각로브-삼각포트 조인트상에 조립되고 제 2도의 선 3-3을 따라 바라본 부트 및 3조각 유지밴드를 도시한 투시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 부트가 조인트 하우징의 콘투어와 일치하는 슬리브(15)를 갖고 조인트 하우징상에서 부트를 유지하기 위한 부트 유지 조립체를 포함하는 일정 속도 조인트용 탄성중합체 부트 조립체에 있어서, 밴드 섹션(30)이 슬리브에 대하여 원주 방향으로 이동 가능하고 상기 밴드의 각 섹션이 슬리브(15) 형태와 일치하는 내면과 통상의 외측 원통형 클램핑 면을 갖는, 다수의 각각 분리된 밴드 섹션(30)에 의해 형성된 클램핑 밴드와, 상기 밴드 섹션을 포위하는 클램프를 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부트 조립체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밴드 섹션(30)이 서로 상호 결합하는 보완적인 텅형상부(34) 및 홈(36)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부트 조립체.
  3. 상술한 항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(16)이 삼각로브-삼각포트의 외형을 갖고, 상기 슬리브가 하우징의 형태와 일치하는 삼각로브의 형태를 가지며, 상기 분할부가 슬리브의 인접한 면의 형태와 일치하는 내면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 부트 조립체.
