Abstract

"MECANISMOS DE PINO PARA GáS, DE BUCHA OBTURADORA, E DE BOCAL DE MáQUINA OBTURADOR". Um mecanismo obturador para utilização com sistemas de moldagem por injeção de plástico auxiliados por gás. Um mecanismo de pino móvel é posicionado em uma bucha, ou bocal de máquina, para regular a injeção de material plástico para o interior de uma cavidade de molde. O mecanismo de pino tem um elemento de pino externo e um elemento de pino interno. Movimento do elemento de pino interno em relação ao elemento de pino externo permite que gás seja injetado para o interior do plástico na cavidade de molde. Um elemento de mola, tal como uma arruela Belleville, solicita o elemento de pino interno para uma posição fechada em relação ao elemento de pino externo. Pressão de gás a partir da fonte de gás supera a força do elemento de mola, permitindo que gás penetre para o interior da cavidade de molde.
