Abstract

La invención se refiere a una boquilla de inyección para conducir masa fundida a un molde de fundición inyectada de plástico, con un núcleo (11) de boquilla y con un canal (12) central para masa fundida que corriente abajo se subdivide en al menos un canal (16) de salida que se extiende oblicuo con relación al canal (12) para masa fundida, los cuales canales de salida en cada caso están provistos con una abertura (25) de salida para la masa fundida de plástico, siendo que la abertura (25) de salida desemboca en una concavidad (17) configurada como espacio anular a manera de cazoleta que se encuentra comunicado con una abertura (22) de entrada de una cavidad de molde, siendo que la abertura de entrada se dispone en la zona (19) del vértice de la concavidad (17) a manera de cazoleta, y siendo que se proporciona una aguja (13) de boquilla que se mueve entre una posición que cierra la abertura (22) de entrada y una posición que abre la abertura (22) de entrada. La particularidad consiste en que la abertura (25) de salida del canal (16) de salida se dispone en un sitio en la zona (18) de la base de la concavidad (17) los más alejado posible de la zona (19) del vértice de la concavidad (17).
