Abstract

''EMBUCHAMENTO PARA MOLDE DE INJEçãO, E, SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO PARA MATERIAIS PLáSTICOS''. Apresenta-se um embuchamento para molde (10) que tem um componente de corpo de uma peça (30) com uma passagem central (60) para um componente de pino de entrada de interrupção (50) e uma passagem separada e distinta para injetar material plástico em estado de fusão em uma cavidade de molde (16). Um componente de ponta (32) é posicionado na extremidade do componente de corpo e tem uma câmara de descarga de material (38). Uma entrada ou orifício (56) aberto ou fechado pelo componente de pino é posicionado ou no componente de ponta ou no molde (12). Um embuchamento de desgaste (34) é posicionado na câmara de descarga ou na extremidade do componente de corpo e atua de modo a sustentar a extremidade do componente de pino e impedir o fluxo de material plástico para dentro da passagem central. O componente de corpo é aquecido por um componente fundido anular (42). O componente de embuchamento de desgaste pode ser indexado para posicionamento adequado com relação ao componente de corpo e à passagem de fluxo de plástico.
