Abstract

"GABINETE REFRIGERADO". Um gabinete refrigerado (10) inclui uma base de gabinete (20) definindo um compartimento de topo aberto possuindo um interior refrigerado para alojar um produto refrigerado (50) e uma capota (30) disposta em cima do compartimento refrigerado. Uma janela de vidro transparente na parede dianteira da capota (30) é estendida para baixo até a linha de enchimento de produto dentro do compartimento refrigerado, expandindo, dessa forma, a área de visão do cliente. A parede traseira da capota (30) inclui uma porta de serviço transparente (40) e uma estrutura (42). A porta de serviço (40) pode ser direcionada independentemente da estrutura (42) para uma posição aberta fornecendo acesso de serviço ao compartimento refrigerado. A porta de serviço (40) e a estrutura (42) também podem ser giradas juntas como uma unidade para uma segunda posição aberta para fornecer acesso ao gabinete refrigerado para limpeza e higienização. Uma lâmpada (80) para iluminar o interior do gabinete é disposta fora da capota (30).
