Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE ACOPLAMENTO DE VáLVULA DE SUCçãO PARA COMPRESSOR COM MOVIMENTO DE VAIVéM". Trata-se de uma estrutura de acoplamento de válvula de sucção para compressor com movimento de vaivém, na qual um pistão, que é movido linearmente em um cilindro quando recebe a força de acionamento de uma unidade de mecanismo elétrico, de acordo com a qual um gás flui através de uma passagem de fluxo de gás formada nele, é acoplado por soldagem a uma válvula para abrir e fechar a passagem de fluxo de gás, deste modo reforçando-se a condição de acoplamento da válvula de sucção. Uma vez que a estrutura de acoplamento é simplificada, o volume morto é reduzido e o volume de curso é aumentado, aperfeiçoando-se a eficácia de compressão. O controle do curso do pistão é facilitado, permitindo-se o controle preciso do movimento do pistão. Além disto, pode ser aperfeiçoada a segurança do acoplamento da válvula de sucção.
