Abstract
Article en verre trempé chimiquement (11) portant un dessin gravé et à un procédé pour fabriquer un tel article. La gravure est effectuée à l'aide d'un milieu d'attaque, par exemple une solution ou un plasma, contenant des ions de fluor, jusqu'à une profondeur de 2 micromètre maximum. Les traits gravés (10) peuvent représenter un quadrillage dont les mailles ont moins de 0,1 micromètre ou une spirale ou des cercles concentriques dont le pas (p) est inférieur à 2 micromètre. L'invention s'applique à la fabrication de disques d'enregistrement de données, entre autres à des disques préformatés.
