    Scheide-und Knetmaschine   für Getreide. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine   Schneide-und Knetmaschine   der bekannten Art, welche aus zwei   Schneide- und Knetzylindern   und einem das   Schneide-und Knetgut   empfangenden und enthaltenden Metallgestell besteht, wie in den Zeichnungen dargestellt, in denen Fig. 1 und 2 die beiden Zylinder in Arbeitsstellung, Fig. 3 die Ausgestaltung des Gestelles sowie der Lagerung des Behälters für das Arbeitsgut erläutert. 



   Die Zylinder bestehen in bekannter Weise aus Rundscheiben   A   aus Walzstahl von einer   Dicke-s-   und aus Rundscheiben B derselben Dicke, aber kleineren Durchmessers, die zwischen den Scheiben A angeordnet sind. Die Scheiben A und B lagern in einer auf die Welle E gekeilten Trommel D. Die beiden Zylinder sind so zueinander angeordnet, dass der Kranz a-b einer    Scheibe A in" die   Lücke zwischen zwei Scheiben A-A des andern Zylinders greift und da die Scheiben B ebenso dick wie die Scheiben   A   sind, liegen die Flächen der Kränze a-b vollkommen aneinander an. So wird das von den umlaufenden Zylindern ergriffene Arbeitsgut nicht nur gewalzt, sondern auch zugleich in Stücke zerschnitten, deren Dicke derjenigen der Scheiben entspricht.

   Es ist klar, dass, je geringer die Dicke s der Scheiben ist, desto öfter das Arbeitsgut zwischen den Zylindern hindurchgeht und stets feiner geschnitten und gemischt wird. 



   Das Arbeitsgut muss so oft zwischen den Schneidezylindern hindurchgehen, dass es bis zur gewünschen Feinheit geschnitten und geknetet ist. Das Wesentliche und Neue der Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Behälter des Arbeitsgutes R (Fig. 3) rotierend gelagert ist und die Zylinder nicht in dem Behälter, sondern in einer Konsole gelagert sind. Der Behälter dreht sich um eine Achse   a   und führt dadurch das Arbeitsgut den   Schneide- und Knetzylindern   unausgesetzt zu.
