Abstract
The hinge has a hinge arm (1) connected to a hinge top (6) by an outer and inner articulated lever (4, 5) and associated U-shaped leaf bending spring (13) which with one arm (15) presses on a control part of the inner articulated lever and with the free end its other arm (14) is mounted on the articulation axis (11) of the outer lever (5) on the hinge arm side. The two free ends of the bending spring aligned in the longitudinal direction of the hinge arm point towards the hinge top.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Scharnier mit einem Scharnierarm der mittels eines äusseren und eines inneren Gelenkhebels mit einem Scharniertopf verbunden ist, indem jeder Gelenkhebel auf einer Gelenkachse des Scharnierarmes und einer Gelenkachse des Scharniertopfes gelagert ist und die beiden Gelenkhebel und die vier Gelenkachsen ein Gelenkviereck bilden und auf der scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse des äusseren Gelenkhebels eine U-förmige Blattbiegefeder lagert, die mit einem Schenkel auf einen Steuerteil des inneren Gelenkhebels drückt.
Ein derartiges Scharnier ist aus dem DE 29705943 U1 bekannt. Dabei schliesst die U-förmige Blattbiegefeder die scharnierarmseitige Gelenksachse des äusseren Gelenkhebels mit ihren beiden Schenkeln ein und die freien Enden der Federschenkel sind zum hinteren Ende des Scharnier- armes gerichtet.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Scharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, dass die Federkraft vermehrt ausgenützt wird.
Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass die Blattbiegefeder mit dem freien Ende ihres anderen Schenkels auf der scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse des äusseren Gelenk- hebels gelagert ist.
Eine gute Verankerung der Blattbiegefeder ist dadurch gewährleistet, dass die Blattbiegefeder aus einem gefalteten Federblatt besteht, wobei das Federblatt an der Faltstelle die scharnierarm- seitige Gelenkachse des äusseren Gelenkhebels umgibt.
Um die Lebensdauer des Scharnieres bzw. des Schliessmechanismusses zu verlängern, ist in bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass der Schenkel der Blattbiege- feder, der auf den inneren Gelenkhebel drückt, einen am Steuerteil dieses Gelenkhebels anliegen- den konkaven Bereich aufweist und dass der Steuerteil des inneren Gelenkhebels von einem aus dem Gelenkhebel herausgebogenen Lappen gebildet wird, der zur Blattbiegefeder hin abgerundet ist, wobei das freie Ende dieses Lappens zur scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse des inneren Gelenkhebels gerichtet ist.
Ein guter Halt in der Schliessstellung bei schonendem Druck auf den inneren Gelenkhebel wird in einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dadurch erzielt, dass das freie Ende des Schenkels der Blattbiegefeder, das auf den inneren Gelenkhebel drückt, zum anderen Schenkel hin abgebogen ist.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben.

Die Fig. 1 ein Schaubild eines erfindungsgemässen Scharnieres, die Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemässes Scharnier in der Schliessstellung, die Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemässes Scharnier in der geöffneten Stellung, die Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A/A der Fig. 3, die Fig. 5 einen Längsschnitt durch ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsge- mässen Scharnieres in der Offenstellung und die Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A/A der Fig. 5.
Das erfindungsgemässe Scharnier weist einen Scharnierarm 1 auf, der mittels einer Grundplatte 2 an einer Möbelseitenwand 3 befestigt ist.
Der Scharnierarm 1 ist über einen inneren Gelenkhebel 4 und einen äusseren Gelenkhebel 5 mit einem Scharniertopf 6 verbunden. Der Scharniertopf 6 ist in eine flachseitige Bohrung 7 eines Türflügels 8 eingesetzt.
Der innere Gelenkhebel 4 lagert auf einer scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse 9 und einer scharniertopfseitigen Gelenkachse 10. Der äussere Gelenkhebel 5 lagert auf einer scharnierarm- seitigen Gelenkarmachse 11und einer scharniertopfseitigen Gelenkachse 12.
Auf der scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse 11des äusseren Gelenkhebels 5 lagert ausserdem die Blattbiegefeder 13. Die Blattbiegefeder 13 weist einen Schenkel 14 auf, der sich am Scharnier- arm 1 abstützt und einen Schenkel 15, der auf einen Steuerteil am inneren Gelenkhebel 4 drückt.
Die Blattbiegefeder 13 wird von einem gefalteten Metallblatt gebildet, das die Gelenkachse 11 umgibt. Die Gelenksachse 11befindet sich dabei bei der Faltstelle 23 des Metallblattes. Die beiden freien Enden der Blattbiegefeder 13 weisen zum Scharniertopf 6, während das gebogene Ende 16 der Blattbiegefeder zum hinteren Ende des Scharnierarmes 1 gerichtet ist.

Der Schenkel 15 der Blattbiegefeder 13, der auf den Steuerteil des inneren Gelenkhebels 4 drückt, weist einen konkaven Abschnitt 17 auf, der der Steuerkurve 18 des Steuerteiles des inneren Gelenkhebels 4 angepasst ist.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 2 bis 4 wird der Steuerteil von einem auf den inneren Gelenkhebel 4 aufgesetzten Block 19 gebildet, der beispielsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 5 bis 6 wird der Steuerteil von einem aus dem inneren Gelenkhebel 4 ausgebogenen Lappen 20 gebildet, der wiederum eine gerundete Steuer- fläche 18 aufweist, die am Schenkel 15 der Blattbiegefeder 13 anliegt.
Das freie Ende 21 des abgewinkelten Lappens 20 ist dabei zur Gelenkachse 9 gerichtet
Der Schenkel 15 der Blattbiegefeder 13, der auf den inneren Gelenkhebel 4 drückt, weist weiters ein zum anderen Schenkel 14 abgewinkeltes freies Ende 22 auf, wodurch sich eine gute Abstützung am Steuerteil des inneren Gelenkhebels 4 in der Schliessstellung des Schamieres ergibt und die Reibung zwischen dem Steuerteil des inneren Gelenkhebels 4 und dem Schenkel 15 der Blattbiegefeder 13 vermindert wird.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Scharnier mit einem Scharnierarm der mittels eines äusseren und eines inneren Gelenk- hebels mit einem Scharniertopf verbunden ist, indem jeder Gelenkhebel auf einer Gelenk- achse des Scharnierarmes und einer Gelenkachse des Scharniertopfes gelagert ist, wobei die beiden Gelenkhebel und die vier Gelenkachsen ein Gelenkviereck bilden und auf der scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse des äusseren Gelenkhebels eine U-förmige Blattbiege- feder lagert, die mit einem Schenkel auf einen Steuerteil des inneren Gelenkhebels drückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blattbiegefeder (13) mit dem freien Ende ihres anderen
Schenkels (14) auf der scharnierarmseitigen Gelenkachse (11) des äusseren Gelenkhebels (5) gelagert ist.

The invention relates to a hinge with a hinge arm which is connected by means of an outer and an inner articulated lever to a hinge cup, in that each articulated lever is mounted on an articulated axis of the hinge arm and an articulated axis of the hinge cup and the two articulated levers and the four articulated axes form a four-bar linkage and on the hinge arm-side hinge axis of the outer articulated lever supports a U-shaped leaf spring which presses with one leg on a control part of the inner articulated lever.
Such a hinge is known from DE 29705943 U1. The U-shaped leaf spring closes the hinge arm-side hinge axis of the outer hinge lever with its two legs and the free ends of the spring legs are directed towards the rear end of the hinge arm.
The object of the invention is to improve a hinge of the type mentioned in the introduction so that the spring force is increasingly used.
The object according to the invention is achieved in that the leaf bending spring is mounted with the free end of its other leg on the hinge arm side joint axis of the outer joint lever.
Good anchoring of the leaf bending spring is ensured by the fact that the leaf bending spring consists of a folded spring leaf, the spring leaf surrounding the hinge arm-side joint axis of the outer joint lever at the fold point.
In order to extend the service life of the hinge or of the closing mechanism, it is provided in preferred exemplary embodiments of the invention that the leg of the leaf spring which presses on the inner articulated lever has a concave region which bears against the control part of this articulated lever and that the control part of the inner articulated lever is formed by a tab which is bent out of the articulated lever and is rounded off towards the leaf bending spring, the free end of this tab being directed towards the hinge arm-side articulated axis of the inner articulated lever.
A good hold in the closed position with gentle pressure on the inner articulated lever is achieved in one embodiment of the invention in that the free end of the leg of the leaf spring, which presses on the inner articulated lever, is bent toward the other leg.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings.

The hinge according to the invention has a hinge arm 1 which is fastened to a furniture side wall 3 by means of a base plate 2.
The hinge arm 1 is connected to a hinge cup 6 via an inner articulated lever 4 and an outer articulated lever 5. The hinge cup 6 is inserted into a flat bore 7 of a door leaf 8.
The inner articulated lever 4 is supported on an articulated axis 9 on the hinge arm side and an articulated axis 10 on the hinge cup side. The outer articulated lever 5 is supported on an articulated arm axis 11 on the hinge arm side and an articulated axis 12 on the hinge cup side.
The leaf bending spring 13 is also mounted on the hinge arm-side joint axis 11 of the outer joint lever 5. The leaf bending spring 13 has a leg 14 which is supported on the hinge arm 1 and a leg 15 which presses on a control part on the inner joint lever 4.
The leaf bending spring 13 is formed by a folded metal sheet which surrounds the hinge axis 11. The hinge axis 11 is located at the fold point 23 of the metal sheet. The two free ends of the leaf spring 13 point towards the hinge cup 6, while the bent end 16 of the leaf spring is directed towards the rear end of the hinge arm 1.

The leg 15 of the leaf bending spring 13, which presses on the control part of the inner articulated lever 4, has a concave section 17 which is adapted to the control curve 18 of the control part of the inner articulated lever 4.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2 to 4, the control part is formed by a block 19 which is placed on the inner articulated lever 4 and is made, for example, of plastic.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 6, the control part is formed by a tab 20 bent out of the inner articulated lever 4, which in turn has a rounded control surface 18 which bears against the leg 15 of the leaf bending spring 13.
