   Die Zeichnung zeigt in der Fig. 1 einen gemäss der Erfindung hergestellten Sicherheitsgurt und veranschaulicht durch die Fig. 2,3 und 4 dessen Herstellungsweise. Das zur Herstellung des Sicherheitsgurtes verwendete Seil od. dgl. wird derart durch die Gürtelschnalle 1 geführt, dass zwei Trümmer entstehen, die drei parallele Stränge 2, 3,4 bilden. 



    Die unteren Mnden dieser Stränge werden nun gemeinsam durch   die Schnalle gezogen, und zwar so weit, dass die eine Stranggruppe länger ist als die andere (Fig. 3). Dann   werden dm beiden Stranggruppen   in   Strähne   geteilt und von der Schnalle 1 an verflochten. 



  Hierauf wird das freie   zende   5 des Seiles durch die Schnalle 1, gegebenenfalls auch durch das oberste Auge des Geflechtes gezogen, sodann über den fertig geflochtenen Gürtel 6 als Passepoil gelegt und schliesslich mit den freien Enden der Stränge   2,   3 und   4   durch   Drehen der Tragleine   7 vereinigt. Der Passepoil, welcher auch an dem   Geflecht dos GÜrtels   6 angenäht sein kann, verhindert die unerwünschte Drehung des Gürtels auf Kosten seiner Breite.

   The drawing shows in FIG. 1 a seat belt produced according to the invention and illustrates its production method by FIGS. 2, 3 and 4. The rope or the like used to manufacture the seat belt is passed through the belt buckle 1 in such a way that two debris are created which form three parallel strands 2, 3, 4.



    The lower mouths of these strands are now pulled together through the buckle, so far that one group of strands is longer than the other (Fig. 3). Then the two groups of strands are divided into strands and braided from buckle 1 on.



  Then the free zende 5 of the rope is pulled through the buckle 1, possibly also through the uppermost eye of the braid, then placed over the finished braided belt 6 as a passepoil and finally with the free ends of the strands 2, 3 and 4 by turning the suspension line 7 united. The passepoil, which can also be sewn to the braid of the belt 6, prevents the belt from rotating undesirably at the expense of its width.
