Abstract
Moléculas de ácido nucleico y métodos de uso de las mismas para controlar plagas de coleópteros por medio de una inhibición mediada por interferencia de ARN de secuencias de codificación y no codificantes transcritas de interés en plagas de coleópteros. La divulgación también se refiere a métodos para obtener plantas transgénicas que expresan moléculas de ácido nucleico de utilidad para el control de plagas de coleópteros, y las células vegetales y las plantas obtenidas con los mismos. Reivindicación 2: El polinucleótido de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la secuencia de nucleótidos se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: la SEQ ID Nº 1; el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 1; la SEQ ID Nº 2; el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 2; la SEQ ID Nº 3; el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 3; la SEQ ID Nº 4; el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 4; la SEQ ID Nº 13; el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 13; la SEQ ID Nº 14; y el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 14.
