Abstract
Vector, célula huésped, cultivo de tejidos. Método para generar una planta. Método para controlar malezas. Se refiere en particular a ciertos polipéptidos derivados de enzimas DGT (EPSPS sintasa) de procariotas. Reivindicación 1: Una molécula aislada de ácido nucleico seleccionada del grupo que consiste en una molécula de ácido nucleico que comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos que tiene al menos 80% de identidad de secuencia con la secuencia de nucleótidos de SEQ ID Nº 2 o SEQ ID Nº 3; una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido que tiene al menos 90% de identidad de secuencia con la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 1; y un ácido nucleico heterólogo que comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos que se hibrida con otro ácido nucleico que tiene la SEQ ID Nº 2 o SEQ ID Nº 3 bajo condiciones de alta astringencia.
