Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones y métodos para modificar un ácido nucleico endógeno que codifica un polipéptido Fitocromo A (PHYA) para la supresión de la respuesta de evitación de la sombra en plantas. La invención además se refiere a plantas producidas utilizando los métodos y las composiciones de la invención. Reivindicación 83: El ácido nucleico guía de la reivindicación 81 o la reivindicación 82, en donde el polipéptido PHYA es un polipéptido PHYA1 o un polipéptido PHYA2. Reivindicación 84: Un sistema que comprende el ácido nucleico de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 81 a 83 y una proteína efectora CRISPR-Cas que se asocia con el ácido nucleico guía.
