Abstract

La presente se refiere a un proceso de un solo paso para la preparación de derivados de fructopiranosa sulfamato de fórmula general (1). Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (1) en la cual X se selecciona de CH2 u O; R1 se selecciona del grupo formado por H y alquilo C1-4; R3, R4, R5, y R6 se seleccionan, cada uno en forma independiente, de H o alquilo inferior y, cuando X es CH2, R5 y R6 pueden ser grupos alqueno unidos para formar un anillo de benceno y, cuando X es O, R3 y R4 y/o R5 y R6 juntos pueden ser un grupo metilendioxi de fórmula: (2) en la cual R7 y R8 son iguales o diferentes y son H, alquilo inferior o son alquilo y están unidos para formar un anillo de ciclopentilo o ciclohexilo; que comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (3) con sulfuril diamida, a una temperatura elevada, en presencia de desde 0 hasta aproximadamente 10% de agua, para producir el correspondiente compuesto de fórmula (1).
