People Talent Tech Sdn Bhd. is an organization incorporated in Malaysia. The company is specialized in developing a wide range of business management software application. Its main target is corporation with micro, small and medium enterprises in corporate, development and private sectors. Recently, the organization has developed a new Human Resource management software name "HRTrack", and they are looking to establish their sales paradigm in the region of Bangladesh. This paper deals with providing an efficient marketing strategy for People Talent Tech to promote and sell their new product "HRTrack" in Bangladesh.

Business practices have evolved significantly in the last 50 years. It is a requirement for modern day businesses to be more conscious about the impact of their operations and the treatment of their workforce. Over the decades, the conventional work environment of a corporation has seen significant changes. In the early 1950's racism was an acceptable aspect of corporate businesses, where black and white employees would work separately (Shaindlin, 2019). Similarly, the gender discrimination was also a known and acceptable phenomenon in such workplaces, where women would not be acceptable for specific jobs. Even with the inclusion of female employees there were restrictions on women which were not imposed on the male employees. Due to the rapid globalisation of our world, education, and technology has created massive awareness against such ethical issues which have existed across industries for decades.

The doctors' prescription habits are directly linked to patients’ health.  So, this study is also crucial for the sake of public health care, as it focuses on studying, analyzing and understanding the events and the activities surrounding the pharmaceutical industry, including the factors affecting the prescription rates of the HCRs.
